The Accounting Manager will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The position requires strong leadership skills and a detailed understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Description

• Lead all accounting functions for our retail operations in Indonesia, encompassing multiple entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of a high volume of financial transactions and prepare financial statements.
• Manage month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, and compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Contribute significantly to an upcoming accounting system implementation project with strong analytical thinking.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
• Liaise with external auditors and support the audit process.

Profile

· Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification

· At least 5-8 years of working experience in similar roles, experienced managing a team

· Experience using ERP System

· Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges

· Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships

· You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills

· Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.

· High level of ethics and integrity
