Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Auditor experience with a Big 4 firm and multinational company experience required
  • 8+ years of experience in finance & accounting, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software, such as Oracle Fusion would be preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented

Job description:

  • Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial information
  • Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits
  • Maintain and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data; create and present financial performance reports
  • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff; provide training and performance feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and strategic planning
  • Ensure compliance with all tax filings and financial regulations
  • Improve systems and procedures, and initiate corrective actions as needed
