Monthly bookkeeping and tax compliance (e.g., VAT, PPh21, PPh23/26).

Accounting and tax advisory to client needs.

We are a professional accounting and tax consulting firm based in Indonesia, providing bookkeeping and financial reporting services to clients across various industries. Due to our growing client base, we are looking for an Accounting Consultant Manager who can lead a team and ensure the delivery of high-quality accounting services.

Supervise and manage the entire financial statement preparation process

Review journal entries and closing adjustments prepared by junior and senior staff

Ensure proper accounting treatment for Sales, COGS, Inventory, Lease Accounting, depreciation, foreign currency translation, and other journal entries

Advise and coach junior and senior team members

Apply appropriate accounting standards and industry-specific knowledge to guide bookkeeping practices

Knowledge and Experience to decide the proper Chart of Account and Classification of Account

Communicate with Accounting Firm to confirm the audit adjustments

Each team typically consists of 3 members: Junior, Senior, and Manager

Junior staff: Inputs journal entries based on source documents

Senior staff: Reviews entries and performs closing adjustments

Manager: Reviews the overall work and is responsible for final quality assurance

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or a related field

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in bookkeeping and financial statement preparation

Experience in handling bookkeeping for diverse industries

Strong understanding of accounting standards (Indonesian GAAP and IFRS)

CPA, Chartered Accountant are preferred

Proven leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring team members

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Prior experience in an accounting firm or consulting firm

Proficiency in English

Jakarta, Indonesia (or location of the firm’s office)
