Job description

Responsible for leading and managing the Accounting Team in the Finance and BPT Department, ensuring the proper maintenance of the Accounting System across all functions including general accounting, reporting, budgeting, tax, and accounting information systems.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Accounting or related field
• Knowledge of tax regulations
• Brevet AB/C certification is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Information Systems
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Business Central is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operations of the Accounting Team, including designing an organizational structure to meet department goals
• Control all transactions related to assets, liabilities, invoicing, collections, expenses, and taxes
• Maintain the company's accounting system, books, and records, and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Analyze and interpret account information to assess profitability, performance against budget, and fiscal health
• Prepare financial statements and disclosures in accordance with GAAP; perform management reporting on accounting and tax matters
• Provide technical guidance on accounting and tax issues
• Coordinate annual audits and tax examinations with auditors and tax authorities
• Communicate with management, customers, vendors, tax officers, and banking institutions
• Support the Finance Director in ensuring compliance with global and regional platform requirements
