Job description

Responsible for overseeing the accounting operations and financial reporting of the company’s international entities, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS), local regulations, and internal policies.

Coordinate with local finance teams, external/internal auditors, and tax advisors. Lead process improvements to support business operations.

Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of international financial reports into the parent company’s financial statements.

Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures for international entities to ensure consistency and standardization.

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of regional accountants or finance staff to build a high-performing finance function.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably within a multinational manufacturing company or a public accounting/audit firm
• Strong knowledge and experience with IFRS and ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments and manage diverse teams
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English (written & oral); proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage
