Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to inventory management to ensure alignment with current operations. Conduct stock and asset opname for both store and warehouse to validate inventory accuracy. Update and analyze standard and actual cost to ensure cost accuracy and proper valuation of inventory.
