Job summary

PT Trimega Bangun Prima in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Accounting Finance Supervisor to lead the finance team and oversee accounting operations in a full-time role based in Cengkareng.

You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, supervise journal entries and closing processes, and work with external auditors to support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field from a reputable university.
• 3-4 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• 1-2 years as Auditor or in Accounting Services from a Public Accountant.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in accounting software (Zahir, Accurate, SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure and independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lead a team; Jakarta Barat residence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily finance operations of the finance department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements and general ledger accounts; collaborate with other divisions especially Accounting division.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, providing training, guidance and performance feedback and collaborate with other divisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial accounting standards, tax regulations and internal control policies.
• Review and validate journal entries, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Prepare cashflow, budgeting and forecast.
• Maintain accurate records, bank reconciliation, internet banking activities, vendor payments and internal payments.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and reduce errors.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Finance Supervisor to join PT Trimega Bangun Prima in a full-time capacity. Based in Cengkareng Jakarta, this role offers a strategic opportunity to oversee and manage financial accounting and reporting operations within our growing organisation. As Accounting Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, supervising the accounting team, and maintaining compliance with established accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This position is crucial to the integrity of our financial reporting and plays a vital role in supporting the overall financial health and strategic objectives of the company.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a related field (Accounting major from a reputable University)
• 3-4 years of experience in finance/accounting
• Preferred has 1-2 years working experience as an Auditor or in Accounting Service from a Public Accountant
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in the use of accounting software (Zahir, Accurate, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft office (Excel and Word)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lead a team is a must.
• Jakarta Barat residence preferred
