Accounting & Finance Staff

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting & Finance Staff to join our team at PT BISMA AERO SEJAHTERA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing a document of all requested expenses, ensuring accurate and timely expenses reporting. This position is based in Tangerang Banten.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing for Request Payment of all expenses
2. Performing analysis and providing insights to support financial documenting
3. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support
5. Participating in special projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
3. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and internal control procedures
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
7. Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team
