Job description

Assist in daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.

Responsible for bank maintenance to ensure cash availability.

Create records of cash receipts, cash disbursements, and cash deposits.

Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Maintain ERP system and organize financial records, invoices, and receipts.

Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and resolve issues promptly.

Support the preparation of financial statements and reports under the guidance of senior team members.

Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Check and verify the company financial transactions and costing.

Qualifications:

Maximum age of 30 years old.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting from a reputable university.

At least 2 years of experience in finance/accounting (priority for experience in manufacturing).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial transactions (including AP and AR).

Exposure to financial reporting and cost accounting is a plus.

Proficiency in accounting/finance software, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.

Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, and understanding of business processes related to financial transactions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams.
