A leading company in the automotive coating industry is seeking a Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager. This role involves managing financial records, supervising audits, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and at least 5 years of experience in finance, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software like SAP.
Currently, one of our clients in the professional automotive coating industry is looking for a Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager to join their internal team.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate pricing records and oversee asset tagging in compliance with company standards.
• Record incoming customer payments and manage collection reconciliations.
• Supervise stock-taking and monitor overhead costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Handle foreign exchange calculations and manage timely payments in foreign currencies.
• Support tax, internal, and external audits by preparing accurate financial documentation.
• Identify financial risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
• Prepare financial reports, Profit & Loss projections, and assist with monthly closings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficient in accounting software (SAP preferred) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a plus.
