Prepare and review daily journal entries.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations and reconciliation of other accounts.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing and vendor payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure all transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting principles (e.g., PSAK/IFRS) and tax regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Organize and maintain proper filing of financial documents.
Input and analyze data using accounting software.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial or administrative data.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of basic accounting and taxation principles.
Proficient in Excel; experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be beneficial.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Able to work both independently and in a team.
High integrity and capable of maintaining confidentiality of financial data.
Willing to be placed in Karawaci - full WFO
