Currently hiring for : Accounting Executive

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliation.

Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded in compliance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK or IFRS).

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and cash projection.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic business decisions, included forecasting.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows.

Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.

Maintain and update inventory and fixed asset records.

Ensure all financial data is recorded and filed in an organized and timely manner.

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors related to financial transactions.

Monitor internal controls and propose improvements where necessary.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.

Ensure timely closing of reports.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in a department store fast fashion branded and or retail company.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g Zahir, Accurate).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication skills is a plus.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
