Establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including Month and End-Year process, Accounts payables/receivables, Cash receipts, General ledger, Payroll & utilities, Treasury & Budgeting, Cash forecasting, Revenue and expenditure variance analysis, etc.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
Coordinate and complete annual audits.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Financial Reporting & Consolidation including Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements as per applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, Ind AS, or US GAAP).
Coordinate with subsidiaries/entities for timely and accurate financial submissions.
Ensure intercompany eliminations and adjustments are handled correctly.
Proven working experience as Accounting Assistant Manager or Senior/Supervisor Accounting.
Previous experience in an Accounting Firm is preferred.
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
Experience handling financial reporting & consolidation.
Ability to handle large amounts of data.
High attention to detail and accuracy with strong math skills.
Ability to direct and supervise a team effectively.
Strong ethics, with a customer-oriented attitude.
