Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Carry out complete data entry according to the chart of accounts classification to create reports needed or used by Hospital management to determine expenses and income of each division.
  • Prepare supporting financial reports to be used as attachments to the main financial reports.
  • Distribute project financing requests so that each department/division's budget can be checked.
  • Perform reconciliation of all transactions, both issued through the bank and cashier so that the documentation process can be carried out correctly.
  • Collect required data and/or create reports related to operational activities to be reported to superiors.
  • Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports necessary to support the achievement of overall hospital indicators and related department/unit targets.
