Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily cash positions, support budget implementation, and prepare cash flow projections and treasury updates for strategic review.
  • Execute end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and timely month-end closings.
  • Manage tax compliance processes across multiple tax types (PPh, PPN, etc.), ensuring accurate filings and timely payments using the CORETAX system.
  • Prepare financial statements and internal reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring alignment with PSAK and internal policies.
  • Conduct financial data analysis using advanced Excel tools (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) to support performance reviews and forecasting.
  • Ensure proper documentation and organization of financial records, supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to verify financial data, improve workflows, and enhance financial SOPs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and apply analytical thinking in identifying risks or discrepancies.
  • Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc financial tasks, reporting requirements, and continuous process improvements.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, PSAK, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Experience in the hospitality, real estate, or investment sector is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
