Job summary
PT Galva Galindra Multi Cipta is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to support financial operations and ensure accuracy in reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 1 year of accounting experience, with proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
The candidate will record daily financial transactions, prepare monthly/annual reports, perform reconciliations, and assist audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 1 year of accounting experience.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and Indonesian taxation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Responsibilities
- Record and manage daily financial transactions (cash, bank, AR, AP).
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports per applicable standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify balances and transactions.
- Ensure completeness of supporting documents (invoices, returns).
- Support internal/external audit with data and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, PPh, and SPT reporting.
