Job summary

FACETOLOGY seeks an Accounting Analyst to join our finance team in Jakarta. You will analyze financial reports, prepare statements, perform reconciliations, and support month‑end and year‑end close.

You will collaborate with Finance, Tax, and other departments to maintain data integrity, drive reporting efficiency, and assist budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as Accounting Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial statement prep.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF); Power Query is a plus).
• Experience with Odoo and knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial reports and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bank, receivable, payable, inventory, and other balance sheet reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts; provide insights to management.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and other departments to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare analytical reports on profitability, operating expenses, cash flow, and performance.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
• Prepare supporting documents for audits and ensure compliance.
