“ACCOUNTING & ADMIN ASSISTANT”
Requirement:
Domicile in Bali
Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or an admin role
Able to communicate in English
Proficiency in Xero or other accounting software
Advanced skills in productivity software e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets/Docs, Drive
Experience in property development, villa management, or real estate (highly desirable)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial figures
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Able to join immediately
Accounts & Finance:
Review and verify petty cash transactions, ensuring accurate receipts and categorisation and reporting any discrepancies
Perform spelling, grammar, and numerical checks across all reports and documents
Liaise with external accountants or auditors as required
Export, organise, and prepare monthly financial and investor reports using accounting and reporting software
General Business Administration:
Assist with day-to-day operations, including data entry, responding to emails
Maintain accurate records and filing systems (e.g. Google Drive folder structure)
Support the owner with other administrative duties and special projects as needed
