- Prepare monthly financial reports for property owners & company tax filings.

- Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, invoices, and Xero software.

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.

Purchasing:

- Oversee inventory levels and supplier relationships.

- Carry out bank transfers on a daily basis.

- Process purchase orders and track spending for cost efficiency.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases and deliveries. Check invoices and petty cash spendings to ensure authenticity and correct data entry.
