Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin and English to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role involves financial reporting, bookkeeping, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws, supporting audits, and managing internal financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare financial reports and monthly closings

Reconcile bank statements and internal records

Maintain accounting software and financial systems

Support audits and transfer pricing documentation

Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

Develop and manage financial SOPs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

Minimum 2 years experience in general ledger accounting in shipping or logistics

Proficient in Mandarin and English (professional level)

Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and accounting regulations

Skilled in finance software, Microsoft Excel, Oracle or EBS

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Arrangement:

Full-time, Work From Office (WFO)
