Job description

Provide financial reports and interpret financial information

Assisting in the preparation of budgets

Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions

Monitor Cash & Bank Balance

Reporting directly to Finance Manager or Supervisor

Review Accounts Receivables/Payables

Handle day to day general Accounting/Bookkeeping processes and Administration duties

Preparation of Australian Tax Return

Requirements:

BS/MA degree in Accounting and/or Finance

Proficient in Formal/Business English both oral and written is a must

Experience in Accounting Services and Bookkeeping

Possess a solid understanding of accounting principles/statutory legislation and regulations as well as financial statistics

Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns

Proficient user of accounting software (XERO, MYOB, QB)

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Able to manage, guide and lead employees/team members to ensure appropriate accounting rules and processes are being used

Able to work independently (with minimal supervision)

Cloud Accounting skills and experience is an advantage

Knowledgeable and experienced in Australian Tax Return and Australian Taxation Law and/or educated in Australia is an advantage
