PT. Gabe International is a leading furniture manufacturer based in Jepara, Central Java — the heart of Indonesia’s furniture industry. With over 30 years of expertise, we specialize in high-end residential, hospitality, and custom furniture projects for global clients.

We are now scaling our business with a new dedicated Marketing & Operations Department, driving our Alibaba and Amazon US expansion. To support this growth, we are seeking an Accountant Associate who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to help us streamline financial workflows, oversee company accounts, and develop item-level performance tracking. This is a great opportunity to start as an associate, gain exposure to global operations, and grow into a strategic finance role.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting tasks: bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR, and monthly closing
• Assist in building and streamlining financial workflows for greater efficiency
• Help track and analyze item-level performance (SKU profitability, margins, and sales trends)
• Prepare and maintain basic financial reports and summaries for management review
• Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align reporting with business activities
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities under the guidance of senior team members
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial data and reporting

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fresh graduates or 0–1 year of relevant experience (internship experience counts)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups; willingness to learn financial modeling)
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) – non-negotiable
• Tech-driven and eager to adopt new tools – non-negotiable
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to meet deadlines independently
