Processing of payments, receipts and tax submissions.
Preparation of budget and financial review.
Bank reconciliation.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and bankers.
Accountable for the compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements of the entities and keep abreast with latest accounting standards.
Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all donor segments; oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting.
Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
Manage payroll functions.
Requirements
Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
1-5 years of financial accounting experience.
Proficient in Accounting Principles.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
Meticulous, independent and analytical.
Result-oriented, resourceful and self-motivated.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a good time management and the ability to work under pressure.
