About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team at PT Mattel Indonesia, where you will be responsible for managing cost accounting, analyzing production expenses, and supporting financial operations within a manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle the daily operations of Accounts Payable, ensuring the accurate processing of payment requests and the proper maintenance of the vendor master file.

  • Collaborate with vendors, buyers, and auditors to facilitate confirmation and reconciliation processes, providing any requested information or data as needed

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a any related field

  • 2+ years of experience as a Accounting in manufacturing company

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve Accounting-related issues

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Familiarity with financial reporting processes and regulatory compliance requirements will be a plus.
