Minimum qualifications:

Your knowledge of online media, combined with communication and analytical skills, will influence how new and existing businesses grow. You will build relationships, provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis. You will understand decision-making processes, explore business needs of Google's clients, and align our product offerings to help grow their business. Working with clients, you will set visions and strategies for advertising reach.

As an Account Strategist in the mid-market sales team, you will offer products to Google Customer Solutions (GCS) customers. GCS sales teams are trusted advisors focused on customer success, primarily supporting small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will work with business owners to help them grow, shaping the future of innovation while enjoying the process.

Responsibilities
  • Create data-driven, long-term plans for customers across various verticals and industries within your geographical market to optimize advertising solutions and support Google's growth.
  • Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and develop tailored advertising strategies through research and analysis.
  • Develop partnerships with customers and agencies to promote product adoption and mutual business growth.
  • Prioritize customer experience, meet growth goals, and ensure optimal ROI for advertisers.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve market goals, implement creative solutions, and share performance improvement ideas.
