Job description

Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through outbound approaches (LinkedIn, cold email, Sales Navigator, etc.)
2. Identify clients’ pain points and goals, and customize proposals to meet their needs
3. Communicate clients’ needs to internal stakeholders
4. Present the company’s vision, mission, and product offerings to clients through online and offline meetings
5. Collaborate with the Marketing team to acquire leads
6. Manage client data in a database based on deal stage and lifecycle
7. Execute strategies and achieve OKRs defined by the leadership
8. Create data-driven reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) explaining sales performance, key drivers, and future recommendations/action items

Requirements

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
