Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounts receivable team and daily operations.
• Monitor customer accounts for timely collection of invoices.
• Review and approve credit limits for customers.
• Develop strategies to improve AR collection efficiency.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate posting of payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address billing disputes.
• Prepare and present AR aging reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding collections.
• Train and mentor AR staff.

Job description

Oversee the accounts receivable team and daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards.

Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices and resolution of overdue accounts.

Review and approve credit limits for customers based on creditworthiness assessments.

Develop and implement strategies to improve AR collection efficiency and reduce Days Sales Outstanding.

Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate posting of payments, adjustments, and credits.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to address billing disputes and discrepancies.

Prepare and present AR aging reports and key metrics to senior management.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding credit and collections.

Train and mentor AR staff, fostering professional growth and performance excellence.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in accounting.

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position.

Strong analytical thinking, numerical ability, and accuracy.

Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills.

Familiar with SAP.

Willing to be located in Cileungsi, Bogor.
