Account Receivable Staff

Location: Cirebon and Purwakarta, West Java, Indonesia

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar roles (preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to be placed in Cirebon or Purwakarta, West Java, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and send invoices to customers promptly
2. Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts
3. Track accounts receivable and aging reports regularly with the sales team
4. Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging analysis and collection forecasts
5. Coordinate with sales and customer service teams regarding billing issues
6. Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
