Account Receivable Senior Staff (SAP System)

One of our subsidiaries in the Nickel Mining industry, PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama, is looking for an Account Receivable Senior Staff with the following details:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issue invoices and ensure calculations are in accordance with applicable contracts, COA, and shipment documents.
• Properly complete contracts as billing basis for audit evidence.
• Prepare complete documents required for invoicing.
• Maintain communication with customers.
• Perform receipting process journal entries in SAP.
• Responsible for AR collection, ensuring payments are received before the due date.
• Prepare sales reports.
• Liaise with shipment and tax teams to calculate royalties on shipments.
• Coordinate with shipment and tax teams to ensure smooth royalty audit processes and complete supporting documents.
• Handle all AR duties for monthly closing.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax from reputable universities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or AR Specialist roles, preferably in major Indonesian companies or multinational corporations, especially in the mining industry.
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Good attitude, communication skills, and excellent time management.
• Willing to be located in Central Jakarta.
