Account Receivable Bandung (Temporary)

Company Description: PT Agro Boga Utama merupakan perusahaan importir dan distributor yang menyediakan berbagai produk beku seperti daging sapi, daging ayam, hasil laut, kentang, produk dairy, dan lain-lain. Perusahaan kami tersebar di beberapa pulau di Indonesia seperti Pulau Jawa, Bali, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Ternate, Ambon, dan Papua.

Job Description:

1. For Back Up Maternity Leave (3 Month)
2. Processing invoices and documents (Tax invoices, Purchase Orders, Good Receiving, etc.) to exchange invoices on schedule.
3. Handling tax invoice & responsible for invoice filling process.
4. Provide recommendations in Internal Memos for sales team for Price Revisions and Returns / differences tally (for the results of data reconciliation with customers).
5. Provide recommendations for FTI and FCN making and revised prices / tally variance to Cashier.
6. Monitor and implement the Call Plan (via telephone, email or WhatsApp) according to the target.
7. Do customer visits to reconcile outstanding AR data or follow up payments.
8. Identify customer payments and AR settlement.
9. Coordinating the collection of payments from customers either Bilyet Giro (BG) or CASH.
