About the role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role at PT Masco Energi' is a contract position based in Jakarta. As the Account Payables, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, especially payment schedule for project's vendor & supplier, ensuring timely and accurate payments . This critical finance role contributes to the company's and project's overall financial health and operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Validate, process and manage vendor invoices, including data entry, invoice reconciliation, and approval workflows
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any invoice discrepancies or payment issues
• Liase with cross internal division such as cost control, project directors, and finance
• Prepare and submit timely payments to vendors and suppliers
• Provide reporting and analysis on accounts payable performance and metrics
• Support the month-end close process by ensuring all payables are recorded accurately
• Assist with other finance and accounting tasks as needed
