Overview

One of our subsidiaries in Nickel Mining industry (PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama) is looking for an Account Receivable Senior Staff with details as follow:

Responsibilities

• Issue invoices and ensure calculations are in accordance with applicable contracts, COA and shipment documents
• Properly complete contracts as a billing basis for audit evidence
• Prepare complete documents required for invoicing
• Maintain intense communication with customers
• Do receipting process journal in SAP
• Responsible for AR collection, not past due date
• Prepare sales report
• Liaise with shipment and tax teams to calculate royalty on shipments
• Liaise with shipment and tax teams to ensure the royalty audit process runs smoothly and all supporting documents are completed
• Responsible for all AR duties for monthly closing

Qualifications

• Hold at least a Bachelor 0s degree in Accounting/Finance/Tax from reputable universities
• Having at least 5 years of working experience as Finance or AR Specialist (preferably from a major company in Indonesia or multinational company, especially in mining)
• Direct experience using SAP is a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken or written) is a MUST
• Having good attitude, communication, and excellent time management skills
• Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta area
