Account Payable (Finance Staff)

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance from a reputable university.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Able to work overtime if requested by the leader.
4. Hardworking and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Receiving Subcon Invoices (daily).
2. Making Purchase Receival, Purchase Invoice, and Payment Voucher (daily).
3. Requesting NPWP for tax deduction rate.
4. Checking AP Report to ensure it matches input Subcon invoices.
5. Updating Subcon tracker weekly and monthly.
6. Filing Payment Vouchers.
7. At the end of the month, assisting in checking OPS.
