Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify invoices from vendors/suppliers.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders (PO) and goods/services receipt documents.
  • Ensure data accuracy and document completeness before processing payments.
  • Accurately input data into the accounting system in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and schedule payments according to due dates.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve issues related to invoices or payments.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable records.
  • Assist in month-end closing and support internal/external audit processes as needed.
  • Maintain organized and well-documented financial records.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Account Payable or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling data.
  • Good communication skills, especially in coordinating with teams and vendors.
  • Disciplined, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
