Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate customers in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, construction, mining, agriculture and distribution.
• Promote and sell commercial vehicle financing solutions for new and used trucks.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate customers, truck dealers and partners.
• Conduct sales visits and prospecting to generate opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financing products and terms.
• Prepare and collect financing documents while ensuring policy compliance.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal and internal teams to process loans timely.
• Monitor the financing process from submission to disbursement.
• Achieve sales targets, financing volume and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, records and activity reporting.
• Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time role for an Account Officer located in Tangerang, Indonesia. The Account Officer will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients requiring commercial vehicle financing solutions. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing long-term business relationships, and providing tailored financing solutions that support customers' operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and acquire new customers in industries such as logistics, transportation, manufacturing, construction, mining, agriculture, and distribution.
• Promote and sell commercial vehicle financing solutions, including financing for new and used trucks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, truck dealers, distributors, and strategic business partners.
• Conduct regular sales visits and other prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Understand customers' business requirements and recommend suitable financing products, repayment structures, and financing terms.
• Prepare and collect all required financing application documents while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and other internal departments to facilitate timely loan processing and disbursement.
• Monitor the financing application process from submission through approval and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, financing volume, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and activity reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing professional after-sales support and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Minimum Qualifications
