Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with GPA ≥3.0, 1–3 years in AO/Marketing/Sales roles in financial services, and a proactive, interpersonal mindset. Willingness to be posted across branches nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0/4.0
• 1–3 years of experience in Account Officer, Marketing Officer, Sales Officer, Relationship Officer, or related roles in financial services
• Initiative and a 'I Can Do' attitude
• Proficiency in negotiation skills, selling skills, account management, and analytics
