About The Role - The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships (B2B)
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an account manager in information technology company (B2B company)
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
