  • Conduct sales activities for product and services, engage with customers to assess needs, identify new opportunities, present offers, negotiate, close contracts, monitor implementation, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers; manage contacts and obtain detailed information on procurement or tender processes.
  • Identify and understand customer challenges or pain points.
  • Prepare accurate presentations of solutions for customers based on their needs, assessments, or requests.
  • Proactively seek and create new leads.
Qualifications
