Job description

  • In-depth knowledge of the core products and some Business Information/KYC/Market Research products.
  • Received positive feedback from the Sales Manager regarding customer management.
  • Successfully managed at least 6 medium-difficulty negotiations and 3 high-difficulty negotiations.
  • Understands client needs and identifies new development opportunities through penetration and cross-selling.
  • Maintains a strong commitment and result-oriented attitude.

Accountability

  • Manage existing and new clients.
  • Autonomously manage assigned client portfolios, gathering ideas and insights from customers to be systematized and internalized.
  • Identify new opportunities and independently handle the selling of standard products/services and commercial negotiations.
  • Negotiate medium-complexity deals autonomously.
  • Manage CRM and client meetings independently, and prepare customer feedback and sales activity reports.
  • Ensure meeting margin and turnover targets by following corporate sales guidelines.
  • Manage the offer phase within set deadlines.
  • Gather information on new products/services and competitive initiatives based on client feedback.
