Job description

  • Act as the main day to day contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing updates, and managing expectations.
  • Contacting businesses and other potential clients to source new leads – this could be through, sales call, canvasing, emailing, visiting in person and/or contacting on social media.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by making sure they are aware of all the advertising solutions and media related products offered by your employer and working with your colleagues to ensure the client is happy with what is offered
  • Support Commercials Lead on Wholesale, ISP, and Enterprise segments
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop media solution that align with the client’s objectives and target audience.
  • Offer strategic advice and recommendations based on campaign performance, market trends, and client objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for improving media strategies execution and processes to enhance campaign outcomes
  • Staying in the know about different forms of communication (eg. some companies look for candidates who are knowledgeable about social media)
  • Meeting the sales targets by ensuring sales strategy, product pricing and other related concern are delivered based on SOP and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including, media distributors, resellers, telecom providers, and enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with the product teams to manage the products to the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability of MediaCo products.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, in media or telecommunications industry
  • Proven ability in client acquisition, especially for Internet, TV, and Streaming products
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Comfortable in building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients and partners
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Willing to work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
