ACCOUNT MANAGER IT Outsourcing & Professional Services

About the role

Join us as an Account Manager at PT Prawathiya Karsa Pradipta, a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in Cibubur, Bekasi. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's continued success within the Sales industry.

What you'll be doing

Develop and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key accounts to drive business growth

Manage the full customer lifecycle, from prospecting and contract negotiations to ongoing account management

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise to expand the company's client portfolio

Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project implementation

Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns on time

Contribute to the development of account management strategies and best practices

Regularly report on account performance and progress against set objectives

What we're looking for

Candidate must be at least a Bachelor's degree (Computer Science /Communication/ Marketing or equivalent in a relevant field)

At least 3 years of working experience preferably in an IT Industry Company

Experienced in IT Outsource/ IT Professional services

Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Excellent Presentation and Negotiation

Achieve target from the company

Have a vehicle and driving license (preferable)

Personality:Fast learning, hard worker, and good attitude
