PT Gihon Telekomunikasi Indonesia is seeking a goal-oriented Account Manager to expand its presence in the Corporate and Government sectors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, delivering engaging sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
· Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a pipeline of potential clients, especially in Corporate and Government sectors for an Internet Service Provider.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of the company's services.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients (Corporate and Government).
· Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
· Monitor and maintain sales force capability, morale, and motivation to ensure business continuity and pipeline leadership.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in any field.
· Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, especially in Internet Service Providers for Corporate and Government clients.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Extensive networking skills, particularly with a large client database.
· Result-oriented mindset.
· Knowledge of Telco products and networks is an advantage.
· Soft skills: Good analytical thinking, strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, project management, team management, and agility.
