Scope of Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to address client sourcing needs using JobStreet.com solutions, while also maintaining long-term business partnerships with corporate accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Visit clients occasionally in the assigned territory to ensure coverage of the client base, primarily working from the office.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Analyze customer needs and challenges through data-driven methods and structured planning sessions, then propose effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services as comprehensive sourcing solutions.
  • Develop and implement account plans to foster positive relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Engage with top management and decision-makers of key clients to build relationships.
  • Ensure customer success and value to promote business retention and expansion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to establish action plans or customer programs as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or solution selling.
  • Proven success in developing a portfolio of key accounts at a national level.
  • Excellent engagement and communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to develop high-quality proposals and present to large audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from market data.
  • Proficiency in professional English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive, target-oriented attitude.
  • Confirmed sales results and a growth mindset.
