About the role

As an Account Manager for HETO at PT MNC Guna Usaha Indonesia in Jakarta, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key corporate clients and building strong, long-lasting relationships. In this full-time, office-based role, you will work closely with both your clients and your internal team to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

Proactively manage a portfolio of corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges

Develop and execute tailored strategies to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clients with comprehensive financial solutions

Identify new business opportunities and actively pitch for new contracts

Ensure excellent client service and timely resolution of any issues or queries

Maintain detailed client records and provide regular performance updates

Contribute to the development of the HETO business unit through feedback and innovative ideas

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2years' experience in a similar account management or business development role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex financial products and services

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field

Familiarity with the Jakarta business landscape and established networks within the local corporate community

Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
