Account Manager FSI

Minimum Requirements:

1. S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or related major with minimum GPA of 2.75
2. Fluent in Indonesia and English Language (verbal, written, and comprehension)
3. Having minimal 5 years of proven sales track record in developing IT in one of the following customer types: FSI (Banking-Fintech-Multifinance, Telco, Government)
4. Having good networking, especially at the management level
5. Having experience in creating/prospecting and managing accounts
6. Having strong leadership & management skills
7. Able to build, manage, and maintain a pipeline
8. Able to work based on target (target-oriented)
9. Having the ability to work individually and cooperate with the team
10. Having excellent interpersonal skills
11. Having a hunter mentality
12. Self-driven

Job Descriptions:

1. Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
2. Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective clients.
3. Maintaining a database of contact information.
4. Preparing proposal documentation for projects and collaborating with the technical team.
5. Creating a customer list.
6. Building a good relationship with the customer.
7. Following up with customers.
8. Maintaining and establishing a business relationship between the company and its customers (both internal and external).
9. Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects daily.
10. Fulfilling target achievement.
