Job description

· S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or related major with a minimum GPA of 2.75.

· Fluent in Indonesian and English (verbal, written, comprehension).

· Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in developing IT solutions for customer types such as:

  1. FSI (Banking, Fintech, Multifinance), Telco, Government.

· Strong networking skills, especially at the management level.

· Experience in creating, prospecting, and managing accounts.

· Strong leadership and management skills.

· Ability to build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline.

· Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Hunter mentality and self-driven attitude.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to meet their needs.
  2. Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to potential clients.
  3. Maintain a contact database.
  4. Prepare proposal documentation and collaborate with the technical team.
  5. Create and manage a customer list.
  6. Build and sustain good relationships with customers.
  7. Follow up with customers regularly.
  8. Establish and maintain business relationships internally and externally.
  9. Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospects daily.
  10. Achieve sales targets.
