Share and discuss internally with other departments/divisions if needed
In conjunction with the business strategy set by Sales Division Manager, develop business to ensure revenue and profitability with long-term successful performance
Achieve GPM (Gross Profit Margin) as quarterly and yearly target
Draft, negotiate and secure contracts for clients
Promote the image, capability, and integrity of the company to the clients
Manage pre and post contract commercial issues
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Economics, Social Science, Engineering or related fields
Female candidates are preferred
At least 2-3 years experience as account manager in private company/BUMN
Have at least 3 customer bases and have good connections with them
Proficient in networking, IT Security, cloud, and IoT products
Good communication skills in English, and Japanese will be an added advantage
Has good negotiation skills and is customer service oriented
Capable of identifying new opportunities
Able to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously
Good planning and organization skills
Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matters
