Experience
  • Experience completing work as directed, collaborating with teammates, and developing knowledge of relevant concepts and processes.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with Indonesian-speaking customers.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship, and servicing.
  • Experience with business techniques including effective questioning and objection handling.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through thought leadership.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

In this role, you will work with customers in Digital Natives focused on the Travel Vertical to help protect and grow their business, identify customer needs, and translate objectives into action through campaign implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, product adoption, and account hygiene.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner with major advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We are at the forefront of the digital transformation in advertising, helping companies grow their businesses online and on mobile. We advise clients on Google's range of products across search, video, and mobile to connect with their audiences effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customers in Digital Natives, focusing on the Travel Vertical, leveraging advertising knowledge.
  • Identify customer needs and translate objectives into actions through campaign management, optimization, expansion, product adoption, and account hygiene.
  • Develop and execute tactical plans for managed accounts, identifying solutions to meet business goals.
  • Optimize campaigns to promote growth and troubleshoot customer issues.
