Account Manager (Data Center Solutions)

• Specialized in Data Center monitoring and management solutions

• Data Center optimization and automation solutions

• Providing IT asset tracking and automation tools

• Data Center rack access control solutions

• Data Center key management solutions

• Data Center data elimination and destruction solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop strategic enterprise accounts
  • Achieve sales revenue targets through servicing new and existing clients
  • Manage key accounts
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and prepare sales proposals
  • Weekly pipeline progress reports
  • Cold calling to generate new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience in Data Center solutions environment is a plus
  • Diploma or higher degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory)
  • Skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
  • Strong negotiation and sales presentation skills
  • Independent, resourceful, with good business acumen and communication skills
  • Experience in solution selling and generating new business
  • Preferably a manager with a sales engineering/technical/IT background
  • Experience in the government sector is a plus
