Job description

Account Manager, Corporate Sales role is to manage sales from corporates in Indonesia and to maximise revenue to contribute to station’s overall revenue targets, through strategizing, coordination, engagement and servicing of customers, travel agents and internal colleagues.

Job Specifications:

  1. Achieve corporate revenue and penetration targets.
  2. Monitor market conditions to ensure market share retention.
  3. Propose strategies and initiatives to increase sales.
  4. Analyse booking/flown performance and trends.
  5. Identify and cultivate new business/sales opportunities and nurture existing corporate accounts.
  6. Foster strong rapport and establish long-term customer relationships with corporate accounts.
  7. Undertake Ad-hoc projects as assigned by Corporate Sales Manager.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  2. Fluent in both oral and written English, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  4. Enjoy socializing and networking with people, and highly personable; able to identify and build relationships with corporate stakeholders.
  5. Highly driven, self-initiated and able to work independently.
  6. Has good understanding and appreciation of factors influencing demand, sales and fare levels.
  7. Confident and comfortable with public speaking and presentations.
  8. Willing to be placed in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta.
